Wild Donkey is a vintage-inspired lifestyle brand born in Pescara, Italy, in 2016.

We specialise in crafting everyday clothing with soul - combining the faded character of Americana with the precision of Italian craftsmanship.

Each piece is made to echo the honesty, utility, and self-expression of the garments that defined 50s, 60s and 70s culture, from bold varsity sweatshirts to DIY graphic tees worn on the road, at war, and in youth rebellion.

We source inspiration globally, digging through vintage markets and archive references to recreate garments that feel familiar yet one of a kind.

Rooted in storytelling and shaped by hand, our collections are built using traditional artisan techniques: pigment-dyeing, screen printing, hand-finishing, and subtle wash treatments.

Pescara is our home, and Italy, with its long history of craft, is our DNA. The culture bleeds through our clothing; it lives in the spirit of every graphic, every wash, every detail. The Adriatic light, the Abruzzo rhythm, the balance of the sea and mountains all shape our outlook on life and the way we make our products.

Wild Donkey began in Cesare’s garage in Pescara in 2016, built by hand with a stubborn belief in doing things differently. Today, we create from our own factory, still in Pescara, with a team drawn from the local area. Every piece is designed, treated and finished here. It’s dyed, washed, printed and perfected through process carrying with it the honesty (and Italian humour) that defines where we come from.

Our founder, Cesare, gives vintage Americana an unmistakably Italian twist. Born and raised in Pescara, he knows the region; its people, its pace, its character.

Cesare is a do’er & a true maker. From the first sketch to the final wash, he’s involved in every stage; fabric sourcing, dye treatments, production decisions, even logistics. Every Wild Donkey piece carries his fingerprints: hands-on, considered, and full of spirit.
