Returns & Refunds
You have 25 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We will not accept any returned products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where products are stained, marked, or damaged. If a product is returned in a worn, used, damaged, or otherwise unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
How to Return
- Contact us at customerservice@wilddonkeycompany.com to request a Returns Authorisation Number before shipping anything back.
- Pack your item securely and include your Returns Authorisation Number inside the parcel.
- Ship via a tracked service to:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and your refund processed, usually within 3 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Please note: original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
