When you place an order you will receive an order acknowledgement email. Please note this is not a confirmation of your order.

Your order is only confirmed and your purchase complete when you receive your shipment confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between you and us is formed.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Available payment methods are listed at checkout.

We take care to ensure all prices are correct. In the unlikely event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order. If the correct price is lower than displayed we will always honour the lower amount.

Your payment details are handled securely by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at customerservice@wilddonkeycompany.com before the 14 day period expires. You will then need to return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Please note: return shipping costs in this instance are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning no customs charges or import duties will be applied on delivery.

We will deliver your order within 30 days of your shipment confirmation. If we are unable to meet this timeframe we will contact you. If a significant delay occurs you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

In summary, you have 25 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3 days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:

• Within 30 days: a full refund
• Within 6 months: a repair, replacement, or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
• Within 6 years: you may be entitled to a partial refund if goods do not last a reasonable length of time

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@wilddonkeycompany.com. We will cover all return postage costs in these cases.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our actions.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We supply products for personal use only and are not liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, or other commercial losses.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action, or failures of third party services.

If you register an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where information provided is found to be false or misleading.

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
