Delivery Cost
We ship worldwide via Express Shipping. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning no surprise customs charges or import duties when your order arrives. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location:

- Your parcel will be dispatched from our Italy warehouse within 2 working days of placing your order. We try to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same working day.
- FedEx typically do not deliver to P.O. boxes, with a few exceptions. We recommend where possible to avoid using a P.O. box address and instead provide a physical address.
- Please be advised that the transit time will be considerably longer for packages shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military destinations, and can, in some cases, take up to 2 months to deliver. In these situations please allow additional time for delivery. However, should the delay be longer than expected please get in touch with us at customerservice@wilddonkeycompany.com where we can continue to monitor your parcel and provide further updates.
